The project involves a redevelopment of a seafront building located in Moneglia, one of the six bays of the Levante. The pre-existing building was demolished to make space for a two-storey residential complex of a "pied dans l'eau building”, made up of 8 exclusive residential units of various sizes which include precious accessories and appliances.
