The project involves the conversion of existing 2.900 sqm university laboratories to be converted in 32 residential units, over 300 m2 of offices on four floors and 550 m2 of commercial use located on the ground floor, with windows facing the street. The new use of the building makes it possible to maintain the structure, keep a simple urban planning process and not consume the territory, with lower environmental impact.
